One of the constant issue in a home is if we have enough entertainment and what to do about it. With the busy schedule, and limited budget, it turns out to be another required project.

What is a good recreation any way? An event where one can feel liberated. It is challenging to find a common event where all the family members feel liberated. May be we need to find our own such event and other members should help in it as much as possible. What do you think? When we tried to make it everyone's event, it turns out to be nobody's happy event.

I think we all need to find a quite time and relax, and try to be realistic with our own situation. I think that free relaxed time may be energy to move life ahead with confidence.

I think one of the detrimental factor is our own greed for social/family prestige because we use a recreation event to promote our social/family prestige. Instead of enjoying a recreational even, we look for perfection so that our prestige is increased. Knowingly or unknowingly we all have been victim of this factor.

For me, walking during lunch hour has been very relaxing , no worry about food, hotel, kids, weather, traffic. You alone with your own dream.
