First of all when I was looking for a job, I just went door by door asking with they had any opening. It helped me to know first what kind of business they do, the working environment, etc. I received some yes, and Nay responses. I pretty quickly landed in a job. Then, I decided to continue my education. In my study, I did some college job that help me to find an internship. Once I completed my study, I went more than ten job fairs. The job fairs gave me the knowledge of job market. I learn how to sale my skills.

Fortunately, I got a job. The reason for getting this job were: searching job everyday, having positive attitude, and following the common principle during my interview: breath, pause for thought, be yourself

Since then, I have performed excellence in the job. Working with different supervisors was very different. In each time, I tried to understand more about the job. The excellence was achieved because of my following beliefs:

• There is no short-cut to hard work
• In long-term, truth prevails
• If I performed well yesterday, I got paid for it on yesterday. To earn today, I have to perform good everyday. Basically past is history, you can learn from it. Today is the reality you have to deal with.
• Instead of being part of problem/criticism/negative feedback, we should try our best to be a part of a solution.
• Preparation, documentation, and planning helps you in each of your project. When my today's tasks are done, I start to document the knowledge if any, plan for tomorrow's project
